BEAVER, PA – Rochester Manor and Villa has received the Beaver County Chamber of Commerce’s prestigious 2015 “Business of the Year” award in the large, for profit category. CEO Mark Kopsack and COO Nathan Kopsack received the award at the Chamber’s annual meeting and awards ceremony at Rolling Acres Golf Course on Oct. 22, 2015.

Judges evaluated nominees on myriad factors including, among others, what makes the business a leader in building and maintaining customer relationships; what differentiates the business from the competition; how the business has addressed strategic planning to assure sustainability and growth; and how the business has grown.

At a time when 70 percent of Americans who reach retirement age will need some form of long-term care in their lives, RM+V has set a new industry benchmark locally as a markedly more “person-centered health care community” providing rehabilitation, skilled nursing and personal care services. At the same time, it has created a new “neighborhood” model for its clients by completing a $2 million building overhaul giving clients and their families many more choices about the lifestyle they prefer and deserve. RM&V’s goal is for its clients to get better and get home faster.

With 145 employees, RM&V is Beaver County’s most highly rated licensed personal care facility providing a valued continuum of care for its clients and their families. Centrally located in Beaver County, it provides a 227-bed capacity in 102,000 sq. ft. of space. About 85 percent of its clients ultimately return home, well above national averages.

Congratulations all of the 2015 winners:
