“I would like, on behalf of my entire family, to send a sincere Thank You for yesterday’s incredibly beautiful and gracious Vows renewal/reception. But even more than that, I would also like to genuinely thank your entire staff for the care they’ve extended to my grandparents. As someone that previously worked at a ‘high end’ elder care facility, I’m keenly aware that the staff is going above and beyond to provide the expected level of medical care but, and in some ways even more importantly, also raising the bar for quality of life care. I’m continually impressed when I visit at the activities available and the way these activities are executed. You can tell that the staff isn’t just going through the motions or repeating the same events over and over. Please keep up the great work!”

“I would love to share my gratitude with the community of Rochester Manor and Villa for providing the most empathetic professional care to my father. He was there a few times previously for rehab. So when we had to make the choice to have my father placed in a facility teamed with hospice, we knew without hesitation that Rochester Manor would be the place. The care he received while in his final days was phenomenal. The staff was attentive, compassionate and truly the best anyone could ask for, for their family members end of life journey. I would love to name them, however there were so many this message would be a mile long. They not only made my father’s end of life days comfortable , they were attentive to our family’s needs as well. The empathy they showed to my father and all of our family is beyond words. From social services, to the nursing staff, I would like to thank all of you personally. You are all truly earth angels, making a difference in people’s lives. I cannot thank all of you enough. 💖 Please share this message with staff and visitors.”   — Melissa V.

“The staff of the 3rd floor and office are absolutely amazing caring people. All of them have been truly a God sent to my family especially my father “Duffy”. I can’t say it enough how truly blessed we all feel from the love we felt from each of your employees. From the nurses, aides receptionists, office staff, housekeeping and kitchen staff! Your facility went above and beyond for our entire family! Thank you for everything, my father truly loved you all.”  — Erin M., Aliquippa, PA.

“Rochester Manor has the best staff, food, location, and therapy in the Beaver County Area. I refuse to go anywhere else but my ‘home away from home.’”   — Robert B., Ambridge, PA.

“Rochester Manor provided excellent care and support for both of my parents. My Dad’s face would light up when the staff would pop in to just “say Hi” and to see if he needed anything. The staff got to know both of my parents, along with their likes/dislikes, and their personal interests. I got to know the staff well enough that I could share a hug with them as they were like an extension of my family.”   — Kathy B.,  Conway, PA

“Excellent care and staff combined with a convenient location make RMV a great place to have a loved one.”   — Jay J., Monaca PA

“This place is just like home.”   — Earl G., Baden PA

“Staff are great, atmosphere is upbeat.”   — Joanne S., Beaver Falls PA
